Out-of-State Lactating Dairy Cows to Wisconsin Premises (including farms, sales, markets, dealers)

• Negative Influenza A test result within 7 days prior to movement
• Meet regular Wisconsin import requirements (DATCP Home Cattle and Bison Movement (wi.gov)) including a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) and official ID eartags
• Cows going to “slaughter sales" are not exempt from this requirement.
